The "Talk. They Hear You." Campaign empowers parents and caregivers to talk with children early about alcohol and other drug use. Safe Yakima Valley supports and promotes the campaign across Yakima County to increase parents’ awareness of the prevalence and risk of underage drinking and substance use.

Billboard Campaigns

Safe Yakima Valley funds and supports a "Talk. They Hear You." Billboard Campaign each year. The billboards reach approximately 450,000 people a month.

PSA Townsquare Media Radio

Safe Yakima Valley funds and supports public service announcements aired on Townsquare Media to reach parents in the Yakima County. The PSAs emphasize the importance of talking about substance use to youth.
